1.  General Betting

1.8 If the game is stuck or an error message appears and it is no longer working as normal, please follow the below steps:

  • Try to play the game on another device i.e. your laptop/home computer or your phone.
  • Try an incognito browser or any other browser on your device.

1.9 Malfunction will void all pays and play.

2.  Software License

3.  Software Warranty

3.1 We do not warrant that the Software will be non-infringing or that the operation of the Software will be error free or uninterrupted.

3.2 In the event of communications or system errors occurring in connection with the settlement of accounts or other features or components of the Software, neither us nor our Software Provider will be liable to you or to any third party for any costs, expenses, losses or claims arising resulting from such errors.

3.3 We further reserve the right in the event of such errors to remove all relevant games from the Software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.
